First of all I would like to say thank you for even taking the time to read these. I promise; I'm not extremely strict and really....as long as you do these simple things for me I'll be happy. Haven't you ever heard about the golden rule? Seriously guys...we've only had it since we were in kindergarten. Moving on, I want you to look at these four rules and do your best to follow them. I'm not asking too much, at least I don't think I am.
1. Respect The Staff. While you may not like us or think we know what we're doing, all of us have been admins before and will do our absolute best. Personally, if I catch you talking to my staff members with any bit of disrespect or attitude, you quite possibly could be thrown off the site. These people are my friends, dear ones at that, and I will not tolerate you being rude to them.
2. No godmodeling/powerplaying. It's annoying to everyone. Who wants to roleplay with a character thats perfect? Further more, who wants to rp with someone who takes it upon themselves to play others character? I speak from experience when I say that you won't have any friends if that's the way you roll.
3. Characters. You must have at least three(3) characters of the opposite sex. What does this mean? It means that girls must have at least three male characters and boys must have at least three female characters. The only thing this rule does is make you a better roleplayer and I really don't want to hear any whining about it.
4. Have fun. Is that really too much to ask? If you need anything at all contact one of the admins and we will be happy to help. That's what we're here for. Don't be ashamed if you need help.
Now that the rules are done I've got a few tips that I want to share with you.
1. When searching for pictures to use for your characters, photoshop and devianart are some pretty nice places to go. Best of all...you can get the pictures for free.
2. Try to at least make your posts longer than a three sentences. I understand that some days you are not going to be able to think as well but at least try. People will be much more interested if you at least try.
3. Being rude to people is going to get you absolutely nowhere. Try to make friends with everyone and if you can't then simply do not talk to the person or persons that you do not like.
4. Spell check is on these sites for a reason. Not only does it make your posts look better; it makes you look a whole lot smarter than if you constantly mispell everything.
